The Rooms & Suites

The coziest of our room options, Small Double Rooms are located on the ground floor, framing our intimate outdoor courtyard. Each room includes a full-sized bed, en suite marble sink & vanity, and is detailed with custom furnishings and artwork.

Our standard room — considered, utilitarian, and comfortable, Small Queen Rooms are equipped with the essentials, each including a fold-down desk & custom furnishings. Located on the ground floor, with select rooms that overlook our intimate courtyard.

A cozy guest room situated in our main building and appointed with a fold-down, built-in custom Murphy bed. A set of French doors allows for a private entrance, opening up to our ground floor courtyard & filling the room with natural light.

A spacious option for families or traveling friends, our Double Queen Suites are located on the first floor and include a private bedroom with two queen-sized beds; space for relaxing or working; a kitchenette with a Smeg refrigerator; and custom upholstered furniture and specially sourced vintage pieces throughout.

The Courtyard Junior Suite is appointed with a mix of bespoke furnishings, custom artwork, and vintage finds — featuring a private bedroom with king-sized bed; dedicated space for dining, relaxing, or working; and fully-equipped kitchenette that include Smeg refrigerators, cooking tools, and locally handmade ceramics. Each downstairs suite is also accessible from our interior courtyard, offering ease of access to our intimate outdoor space.

Each downstairs suite is also accessible from our interior courtyard, offering ease of access to our intimate outdoor space.

Residential and spacious, our Terrace King Suites include a private bedroom appointed with a king-sized bed; space for living, dining, and relaxing; and a kitchenette with a full-sized Smeg refrigerator. Detailed with vintage finds, custom artwork, and bespoke furnishings — including a dining table — upstairs suites also offer ocean views and access to our private second floor garden terrace.

Our open floor plan Studio Suite offers a comfortable, light-filled retreat and ocean views — featuring a private bedroom and king-sized bed dressed in Coyuchi linens; space for relaxing, dining, and working; and a kitchenette with full-sized Smeg refrigerator. Upstairs suites also offer access to our private second floor garden terrace, available exclusively to suite guests.

Our expansive two bedroom suite is a perfect home base for families, friends, or those seeking more space, with roomy, light-filled private bedrooms offering views of Venice Beach and the ocean. The one-of-a-kind suite is appointed with vintage finds, custom furnishings, and handmade details, with a kitchenette and full-sized Smeg refrigerator, dedicated living & dining areas, a bathroom and separate powder room.

A large suite that feels apartment-like in spaciousness and comfort, with a working fireplace for chilly Venice mornings or evenings. A bedroom with a king-sized bed is separated from the living spaces by sliding doors that close to offer privacy and quiet, while a large bathroom is appointed with a full-sized bathtub and shower. Our upstairs suites also offer access to our private second floor garden terrace.

Our original, fully-equipped Venice apartment — located off-site above Gjusta Bakery & Goods (.5 mile from Vitorrja), and available for both short and long-term stays in our neighborhood, including a living room, open plan kitchen & dining room, and separate bedroom.
